#Amethyst v1.02.1: Bugfixes
- Upgrade AGP to 8.12.2
- Sets Quartz to Java 1_8
- Creates a bootstrap relay list specifically for inbox relays
- Register lists as Account fields to avoid GC of user settings.
- Fixes inability to delete relays from certain relay lists.
