Like I said, for me overthinking does not exist. It’s simply indecision, or the speed at which I decide on a course of action and my commitment to the consequences of that action. I noticed that I would reach for the vague concept of “overthinking” to avoid taking responsibility for said consequences. By viewing the situation as indecision, the concept of “overthinking” vanishes. It has been wonderfully freeing!
