1. Convert a wooden bunk bed into two loft beds.
A. Creating a better flow to my daughters' bedroom
B. Gives them their own individual space.
C. Virtually eliminate the fight for whose clothes are who's. (This may be wishful thinking)
2. Widen the swales
A. Additional water catchment
B. Reduce pinch points where debris gets stuck.
