the problem is likely they never published a relay list because primal starts people with an empty list. (so clients won't know to use the primal relay to see them). I reported this bug, even though I don't use primal app.. Low priority fix for them unless their users complain more it makes other apps seem broken while they enjoy the marketshare positioning of doing whatever they want.
