It turrns out the whole "baby stem cells being used for beauty products" thing was a complete misunderstanding. Someone was asking really weird questions about whether a lotion was safe to ingest, what it tastes like, what is it made out of... And so the spokesman replied "...it's for skin." Bam. Now everyone thinks the lotion is made out of foreskin. SMH...
