Other admins used it for less sensitive stuff like logistics for meetings, not for war planning.

It wouldn’t surprise me if these are not the government issued devices. Btw, if a civil servant (vs a political appointee) w/ a security clearance did this it would be a crime and they’d be immediately fired. (Rightfully so.)
