Did you enter your private key there? You can try connecting with amber instead. You can also try to go to jumble.space on your laptop/desktop. For both pidgeon and jumple its referred to as ''log in with Bunker''; it will generate a QR code you can scan with amber. I'd advice to give those connections full permissions, you can revoke them at any point anyway. As far as i am aware amber is not spying on you👀.
