Mom Bomb Dot Com Pad Thai
2 Tablespoon Tamarind Paste
2.5 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
3 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
4 eggs
Rice Noodles
(we like wide fatty rice noodles with a little wheat in them)
Shaved Carrots
Bunch of green onions finely chopped
Peanuts
Cilantro
Thai Basil
Chile flakes

Mix tamarind, fish sauce, brown sugar in bowl to make Pad Thai sauce - set aside
Cook any meat or tofu - set aside
Cook noodles - set side
Heat wok, splash of coconut oil
Add a tablespoon of Pad Thai sauce
Scramble eggs
Once eggs lightly come together add noodles, protien, vegetables and remaining pad thai sauce.
Toss to carmelize 5 minutes
* Add chile flakes to preference spice
( we like to make a peanut sauce with it too )
