Building is one job, educating is another. The burden of education has been loaded on the back of the builders for too long. UX/UI is great, but often comes at the cost of the user remaining ignorant. The tech world as a whole needs more interdisciplinary cooperation, not just between designers and coders.
It's a slow process, but granted: if we are to become digital societies, we'll have to elevate each other, or we risk never before seen levels of alienation and amounts of clowns.
