What apps do yall use for note taking? There's some stuff I need to keep and would like to have readily available across devices (would be nice to have open source but not a deal breaker), other stuff that must stay offline and would be fine losing if it means not touching the cloud. Currently using 'Another Notes' as my primary driver.
