There’s correspondence between Chomsky and JE and also his first wife and JE way after JE was convicted, as late as 2017. Emails from his first wife say stuff like “We hope to see you again soon.” Chomsky also admits to receiving $270k as part of the split between him and the same wife from an account controlled by JE. He denies that it was directly from him, but that’s hardly credible given the above.
