Documenting doesn't need to be performative, and why would documenting something not make it intentional?

I understand individuals desire for privacy, and it's totally their right to choose not to share - but I disagree with your assumption that the greatest Citadels must be private and quiet.

Perhaps we have different definitions of the term - to me the most basic form is simply FYMM, the greatest form is a beacon, a signal to others.
