Yeah price is about right these days. Hopefully it works out, decent cedar should last 15+ years assuming you don't live in a swamp and they use good posts when installing. Id get a friend who is a wood nerd sometime and ask them when to re-treat it. Some will say never, but in my experience it will always rot. So at some point id power wash it good then seal it. Probably get another 5-10 years out of the boards, maybe not the posts.
