I mean nostr is main form of socials, but imo it's hardly a constructive place to openly discuss real ideas and expect to get constructive and honest feedback. It's just like any public square, if it's not now, it surely will be. It's more about acting and persuasion skills. Nearly all development and building discussion between colleagues and teams happens in a controlled space. Nostr by definition is an uncontrolled space.

Doing either is anti social. Finding a smaller community or friends is the only social part imo.
