No no, the solid rocket boosters will splash into the ocean and will be recovered, refurbished and then used again, like they already did on the space shuttle in the 80's.
It really makes no sense but instead of cutting their losses way way back esrly into sls they kept doubling down and now it works, but the whole market has shifted under their feet to partial or full reusability and because of all these setbacks with hydrogen which is super efficient but also, you know, impossible to work with it delivers 12 years after original target date. I think the plan was to have it operational before spacex even began flying Falcon 9.
It's a financial disaster and it is at least 10 years too late and 25 years outdated.
