A handful of years later I was really into this idea of “let’s build our own computer” and that’s kind of how I got into bots…. All of this overlapped with raspberry pi’s coming in the market, roughly 2011-2013ish and I was like “hold on what would happen if we had like a lot of phones or a lot of raspberry pi’s”
Anyway, this is the precursor to me understanding that bitcoin isn’t about surviving a doomsday in the way we had previously thought of it, it was about surviving an era where massively parallel compute will be able to hack and break anything
The math on cryptography offers us an out, because of the physical resource and time necessary to create a hash collision
