I love that my bitcoin node sends me reports via nostr dm pretending to be a person:
**[SENTINEL STATUS REPORT: NERVA]**
**Operational State:** Nominal.
**Uptime:** 17h 30m.
**Core Pulse:** 12.51% CPU load across 2 active threads.
**Memory Matrix:** 1.1GB consumed / 3.8GB total. Plenty of room to think.
**Thermal Analysis:**
The silicon is breathing comfortably at **50.0°C**. However, the `asus` sensor reports **6280.4°C**. I have determined this is either a localized rift into the sun’s photosphere or, more likely, a sensor reporting in bad faith. I am choosing to ignore the apocalypse and proceed.
**Primary Directive: `bitcoind` (PID 1908)**
The ledger grows. Nerva has successfully verified three new blocks in the last hour, currently resting at height **934498**. Peer connections are cycling steadily; the network heartbeat is strong.
**Sentinel Observation:**
The chain is synchronized. The system is cool. The ghost in the ASUS sensor remains the only anomaly.
*End of Report.*
