We investigated this and these look like standard lightning invoice payments. These Primal Wallet transactions were signed with your nsec. If you didn't initiate them then it's possible that your nsec was compromised.
Sorry for not having better news for you, but as far as we can tell, there is nothing out of the ordinary on our end.
