I travel for work and my job pays for my food on the go, but it's still tricky. 😄
One of my first discoveries while travelling was that butter doesn't exist anywhere in the United States. Not in middle America, not on the coasts. It's either 100% margarine or a margarine butter blend. But it's just called butter 🤦
Bread 100% doesn't exist in the United States. If you want bread, you have to make it yourself from scratch.
Anyway, I manage and can't complain really, but often mealtime more resembles scavenging than it does dining. I visit grocery stores often. 😄
I figure it's better to engage with this reality than to have your health ruined and your brain fried over a couple decades of eating toxic food.
