We were just on the island a month ago. Rented a cart and saw some see neat stuff and really enjoyed our time. The entertainment on the ferry was fun too. We saw some bitcoin signs and I was jacked!! I think it was for smoothies and some other stuff. Wish we would have had that on our agenda. We stopped at a bar called soggy Peso. Went to the north beach and the far east end park. Only full speeded one speed bump on accident!!! 😬 We will be back to stay longer off the mainland. Cheers

First run went pretty well. Everything functioned as planned but need more angle upward on the display upright, move the screen up a little from center, and the battery was a little tight. It looked pretty cool though!!

Just to make sure my WP device wasn’t busted, I connected it and uploaded some sample sketches from arduino last evening and they worked on the WP.
So weird that the usdbtc code compiles and uploads from arduino to the WP, but then nothing happens on the WP. I add my WiFi and password and time zone. I’m sure it is operator error but man it gets frustrating.
As far uploading the code to the repo, I am out of town the next few days, so I will get back to it next week.
But it’s just the code zip download from GitHub and opened in arduino. I add the .ino so it opens in the IDE. then I make the WiFi and time changes. Then compile. Then upload. Then nothing!!! lol
I have the latest heltec esp32 frameworks and libraries installed in arduino.
