Nasal breathing is really important!

And… you gotta HUM!
Humming increases nasal nitric oxide (NO) production through mechanical oscillation of air in the paranasal sinuses.

I use just a tiny bandaid now in the center of my mouth and it’s enough to stimulate my mouth to remain closed all night. Much better sleep too (along with magnesium before bed :)

Any fake email worked to get the download but that wasn’t explicit, so I have made it fully optional now (although I do think it is a fair exchange to voluntarily share an email to subscribe to a newsletter - from which you can later unsubscribe- to receive a free book download :) but since I haven’t ever sent a newsletter I removed it altogether.

Truly crazy. I was watching a nature documentary recently and it occurred to me it could easily have been made with Ai. I don’t think it was, but yea, soon they will be and it’ll be impossible to tell. Scary thing ofc is the misinformation that can/will be spread in far greater quantity and rapidity than now.

Some won’t but I imagine some will and these things use all the cell towers/companies so if some are down these radios still work.
If it all goes down then you shit outta luck.

Yes sorry I meant something as simple to use, with little to no learning curve.
Long distance ham requires more equipment and loads of experience and knowledge of transmission laws and still isn’t guaranteed to work depending on current conditions, is that right?

Ok so I checked and yes, I did make it 8.5x11” (US Letter).
When I had a bunch printed up they used a slightly larger size, not sure why. When I printed them myself I did it on Letter and it worked great.
