The moisture in the wet clay aggressively evaporates as the hot dry air blows past it creating a cooling effect. The cooled water from the radiator is pumped to a second radiator which absorbs heat and humidity from the air creating a cooler ambient air temperature. This is just the initial setup to see if the concept even remotely works.
