It's not THAT bad, but considering what other emulators have achieved in the last 20 years, you'd imagine we could have some alien tech emulator, stuff like PPSSPP where you can just game on it for days without having zero issues of any sort.

It's playable, but not accurate (graphics, synchronization, audio, etc.) , it's not on the same level as Dolphin, Cemu, PPSPP and others. PJ64 and Mupen64 have a long story of plugins and forks to make them work. Bro, I'm pro piracy and pro preservation, but who the hell wants that? Maybe another 10 years, also the Vita emulator is hot garbage too, all it takes is a breakthrough and years of dev for those to work great (except maybe the PJ64 lol)
