@nprofile…qqvq When I've had similar challenges, sometimes (but only sometimes) excessively enlarging or ridiculously shrinking the screen (cmd+ or cmd-) will make sliders not cover the tool I'm trying to get to in the same way. By that I mean, by breaking what I'm looking at one way, I can get around what is broken in another way. That's as good as I got it so far.

I can imagine that there were grieving parents who used a gun emoji in public posts about their loss, who later saw that gun emoji changed to a toy squirt gun emoji.
Now people who posted for or against the government of Iran and used the Iranian flag emoji will see their public posts change to a different emoji on X.
I'd prefer to see emoji use have some kind of date and time stamp such that the intended use at the time of use is preserved even if the emoji is changed later.

Watch out for loops of not being able to to X because of Y, and not being able to do Y because of X, and you don't really want to do one of them, so the other one doesn't happen either.
"Oh, I should do this, but I can't because of that. And I can't do that until I do this. But I don't really want to do this, so I'll use that as the reason I can't do this."
