@nprofile…p6sd You’re building way too many things at once… Loops only just hit the public, and then you were supposedly working on Sup, and now you’re doing something else? Like the passion is awesome but this feels like an infrastructural level of feature creep. Every project you (and anyone) have always has points of improvements, especially with only one primary developer, and you’re just chasing the next shiny thing. This isn’t focus or growth, this is a lack of clear goals.

@nprofile…8d0p Truth be told, I’ve never heard of Wise until this very moment, and I wouldn’t be surprised if many others haven’t either. But really the reason I ask is because, for many, these are very recognizable channels through which supporting a project “just makes sense.” When onboarding friction is lower, more people usually donate because they can just use a familiar system. I only asked because I felt having those might lead to more donos, rather than personal need!

@nprofile…lvhv I can understand wanting to use “GNU+Linux” for personal “correctness” reasons (though I may personally disagree), but it’s important to recognize that this kind of language - names that include special characters - feels technically jargon-y and will dissuade potential users on the basis of, “this seems too complicated.” That, and saying “GNU+Linux Mint” is wrong, as the Mint project is branded specifically as “Linux Mint,” which is far more linguistically welcoming.
