This should be quick; it just requires modifying a configuration file.
I'm currently developing both the front-end and back-end using two Codex instances simultaneously, keeping their progress synchronized. Finally, I can put down Claude Code and stop taking care of my baby! Codex is much cheaper and smarter than Claude.

Actually, I don't have specific data. It's mainly information I gathered from conversations with the older generation. Their work hours were fixed, they didn't have phones, and it was difficult to contact them after get off work. They weren't on call 24/7 to reply to messages. They see how exhausting our generation of young people is.
I also had AI search for some information:
1. A famous study: Martin Seligman, the psychologist behind "Modernization and Depression," pointed out that people born after 1945 are about 10 times more likely to suffer from severe depression than their grandparents.
2. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) and several recent reports up to 2025:
• Globally: More than 1 billion people worldwide suffer from mental disorders. Due to the availability of diagnostic tools and the added pressures of modern life, the mental health of young people (16-34 years old) is deteriorating most rapidly, with the incidence rate doubling in some areas over the past decade.

It's worth a try, although you might find it slow at first. After using it for a while, you'll find that Codex has exceptionally high accuracy, and completing a task ultimately costs 80% less than Claude.

In my recent product experience, I've felt the immense potential of ChatGPT and CodeX; they will once again leave Claude and Gemini far behind.
Previously, when building projects using Claude Code, ChatGPT helped me resolve all the intractable bugs. ChatGPT's memory system surpasses that of similar products.
Recently, I've been using CodeX, and after a few days, I realized I never want to go back to Claude Code. CodeX's intelligent problem-solving capabilities truly eliminate the need for me to constantly sit at my desk and monitor it. I've given it all the permissions. It feels liberating. I no longer have to babysit Claude Code.
My current work setup involves developing two projects on two MacBooks using CodeX, and using my mobile phone to control OpenClaw for website development and monitor the CodeX status on both MacBooks. I can now go for walks and soak up the sun.

I granted all permissions to the terminal, and #OpenClaw became my system spirit.If it had merely completed the tasks I assigned through code, I wouldn’t have felt any surprise.
I asked it to organize my notes and write them into the Notes app, but the formatting didn’t look good.
So it opened a .md file on its own and adjusted the layout and structure.
I then opened the Notes app and pasted the content in—perfect formatting.What surprised us wasn’t that it could complete the task.It was the shock of watching OpenClaw click, open, and switch between different applications, interacting with the system in a human-like way.
In that moment, I finally felt the joy of seeing a cyber worker capable of replacing me in doing all those tedious chores.
Humans are visual creatures.
These seemingly redundant visual and interactive operations exist simply to please humans. 😂
