sleep is my fuel, need 10 hours a day to function can't handle any kind of uppy even sugar, or caffine from coffee, only tea. not sleepy well at the moment and having to use tablets, boiling hot and mind racing it's so annoying. sometimes I try a thc gummy or magnesium powder in milk, I have a cbd extract but it tastes rank. recently received some poppy seeds just need a safe place to grow them... maybe on the allotment no-one will know the difference
you mentioned the Yi the other day and not knowing what to do about your situation, I combine it with muscle testing when I can't understand the answers. with that you get a yes or no so you can phrase questions differently and there no reliance on translation etc

it's almost as easy as beans on toast! get a bottle of rose or white wine, juice the orange in there and shave off the peel fine without the white stuff, add 50ml vodka and a vanilla pod. leave for a few months then drink in summer!
