General partisanship is unwelcome.
I just unsubscribed from a bunch of email lists from companies who were towing the activist line. There was some walk out day they were promoting?
I don't want to be associated with a clothing company who does activism because wearing that garment identifies me as an activist.
It's the same with these schools. Harvard has long been a democrat school, so I might not want to hire one of them because - they're schooled in partisanship.
