I'm sorry, but trust scores are absolute BS unless the user computes them themself. Adding a score to people is exactly what social credit is about. Adding a mechanism that pulls "trust scores" from some hardcoded server to your nostr app is ridiculous.

The way a social graph is written in nostr, is turning the dynamic of the social internet as we knew it on it's head: we are defined by whom we trust, not by who or how many trust us.
I suspect that it is a baseline for over-the-wire relationships that is infinitely more healthy. After all, even the greatest are sitting on the shoulders of giants.

Building is one job, educating is another. The burden of education has been loaded on the back of the builders for too long. Somehwat: it shows relays for notes, dms and images, but it could have ID for lists, sets etc...
knowing where it pulls data from is very useful for many reasons. One being that when a client shows me out dated data on my profile, in a liat or a set, I would know where to update it. Or where to fetch it from to update another place. Another for finding relays. But for me, most of all beacause people need to wrap their heads around the topology. This is a network that puts a lot of responsability on the people using it, therefore it is desirable that they get as many hints about the fundaments as possible.

Every year during the 5 years I stayed, there was the sonar festival in Barcelona, still is I think. And every year I'd get in either via someone's guest list or by climbing a fence, stumbling upon a staff tag or some shit. it was dope! But generally speaking, everything happening in the clubs that was unrelated to sonar during that period, the "off-sonar", would be even doper. You'd basically get to see the talents playing next year at sonar, but in a more intimate setting and cheap as fuck. I'd always play some venues, thinking eventually I'll end up at the sonar. Although I quickly came to terms with the fact that I was neither ready nor willing to do the things required to thrive in that industry, my music career was fairly successful. But an invitation to plat sonar never manifested. And thus, after the third year, I declared my self the cockroach of sonar, and made a banger about it.

The note bellow of yours contain an image hosted on a blossom server. If that server was to go down, your peers clients could ask all the blossom servers it knows for the same file. That's why it is nice to setup multiple blossom destibations in your client. You can manage your blossom list using clients like amtehyst and others like bouquet allow you to manage your blossom media and ensure redundancy.

Blossom is not peer2peer in the same sense as BT. It's basically treating binary data the same way nostr isntreating notes: we put them on servers, but it is trivial to mirror them on other servers and for clients to look them up. Smart as hell!

Something like that! The existing menu can get quite long with lists, hashtags, location, and various follow list options. So might be more complicated than that to implement. Maybe the top timeline selector ("Select a list to filter feed") should be tabbed too?
Then again, there is already a side tab to show relays , when we tap on relays we see info about the relays, which is interesting but not very usable. Perhaps they could be accessible from there? Be a bit like the bookmarks entry, an entry for relay-sets (Kind 30002)? I'm not sure. Eventually, i think relays could play an important role in community building, but what do i know? I trust you will find either find a good way or move on to other ideas. :lovemega:
