I had this in my wrist and elbow for a while, but I didn’t play tennis so I called it surfer’s elbow. I fixed it by cutting out seed oils, eating a lot of high quality ground beef, and doing PT exercises. With the diet especially, symptoms improved drastically in ~2 weeks.

I’m seeing a lot of good advice already in the replies, so I’ll add one more. Consider making changes to your diet to boost your energy. I recommend taking a look at #peatstr to get some ideas.
However, if I were to give one piece of advice, I’d say buy some B Complex Plus by Pure Encapsulations. I take it almost every day I work. All I need is one capsule in the morning. In fact, your current rut/lull may be due to a lack of B-vitamins. Best of luck to you!

I had some caffeine later in the evening last night as well and ended up sleeping just fine. I just take 120-240 mg of magnesium glycinate and wash it down with some raw milk. Not a surefire fix, but it does help quite a bit

I’ve seen you post about this before and have been curious to try it. I wonder about phosphoric acid though (also in Coke). From what I’ve found about it, it’s used to alter the acidity of the drink to make it taste a certain way, but it can have negative effects on teeth.
Have you looked into this, and if so, do you feel like it’s a significant issue long-term?

Not too long ago, this woman laid out some of the numbers, incentives, and ideas behind the theory. I think she notes that a large part of the “missing” 3 billion can be accounted for by India and China. I haven’t watched the fully podcast episode, but she makes a decent argument IMO.

The silver lining of younger generations of Americans being left out of building wealth and fighting an uphill battle to save, is that they are possibly more likely to seek intangible value: virtue, honor, righteousness, treasures in heaven (see Matthew 6:20).

I think a major part missing here is the fact that people are significantly less healthy now. Now that I’ve fixed a large part of my health by following #animalbased, #peatstr & #primal principles (plus a healthy dose of critical thinking), I can see where my health was failing me. I’m more relaxed, more composed and more whole than I was years ago. I can see now why RFK Jr. chose to focus on health of Americans as his top priority.
On the other hand, you have people who haven’t figured this out yet (which is a lot of people). Add in a mix of drugs (pharmaceutical or otherwise), plus a chaotic, confusing, collapsing fiat society, it’s no wonder many people are hysterical.
Hysteria has always garnered attention. However, the commonality of it and incentives around it have increased.

Update: I’ve decided just to stick with my trusty pour over for now.
Espresso smells and tastes great, but I can’t rationalize the investment when my coffee is basically just as good. Maybe I’ll go for it in the future, but I have other priorities for now.

1. Tell person that sound money is the foundation of a healthy and abundant society.
2. Person points out that with sound money, we wouldn’t be able to “stimulate” the economy like we can with fiat.
3. Ask person if they think that a materialistic society focused on consumption of low-quality, consumer goods is good and healthy.
I think this helps people realize the association between the “stimulation of the economy” via money printing and cheap consumerism. Regardless of people’s understanding and views on economy, I think most people realize that goods are getting worse and companies want people to just keep consuming.

I bought my Ethernet setup for my house so that I can completely hardwire my internet if desired. I bought the following items from MicroConnectors.com (see screenshot):
1. CAT 6A ethernet cable (250 ft)
2. CAT 6A keystone jack
3. Keystone wall plates
Once I ordered these items, I showed my electrician the spots where I wanted the output wall plates to be, and where I wanted all the wires to home base (my basement). Luckily, my kitchen walls were already open, and so is my basement ceiling, so wiring across the house is feasible without opening up a lot of walls and ceilings.
I will likely need to get some RJ45 adapters and other cords to complete the setup with my devices. Also, I still may get a WiFi router as a backup just in case.

Options:
1. Bialetti Venus: Stainless steel version of the Moka Pot. Affordable ($40-$70) and easy. Need external grinder.
2. Breville Barista: High quality, reliable standard with built-in grinder option. Somewhat expensive ($300-$750), but supposedly good bang for your buck.
3. La Pavoni Europiccola: High quality, authentic from Italy. Expensive ($450-$1000), but cool, very good quality, and no plastic. Need external grinder.

I did Duolingo for 160 days to prepare for a trip to El Salvador. It helped a ton, but formal lessons would have taught me probably 10x faster. I continued until I went for about 2 years. After stopping, I still retained a lot, but the best way is more formal education/lessons and diving into the language/culture.

Remembering to move with the #breath in the #gym is key to staying mobile and avoiding aches. Something as simple as watching your inhales and exhales with each rep is huge. Taking time to stretch and practice movements between sets is helpful too.
