If you don’t understand these 3 points about the Lightning Network, you probably don’t understand Bitcoin at all 🧵⚡
1. Using Lightning non-custodially means you control your private keys.

But here’s the nuance: in Lightning, holding your keys also means holding an on-chain UTXO, the purest form of Bitcoin.
