You can configure this with any Linux but it is a lot of work. Base system Fedora which is the same on Qubes and than VMs, can be minimal Linux installs. But as said a lot of work and configs.
Btw. It is highly recommended to route sus-whonix through a VPN because there may be some privacy issues with Tor alone.

Cashu and Fedimint are not great, they will run into legal issues as well. Mint means license. Like LN nodes, Miners
Monero fixes a lot as it has privacy baked in. All with other layers are not great and all of that build a new attack vector.

Nostr is also no privacy if you don't know what to do. Taproot also not great for privacy. The only working coinjoin inplementation is the one from Ashigaru.

Silent Payments are garbage, use BIP47 which is a way smarter and better, more used and can be used foe authentifications as well. Payjoin V2 also not really great, SW or Ashigaru has the best Payjoin imolementation.
But still all leaves an on chain footprint. We had many issues already with this new sourveilance token.
