The US is angling to attack Europe, because Europe is weak. It has little to do with purity of free speech laws. With troops already on the continent, a military attack on Europe is entirely in scope, within 5 years or less.
The US cant attack china or russia, but it needs some war to rekindle its economy. EU makes sense. Major objectives can be met quickly, while on the ground urban warfare requires continuous investment.
America doesn't leave NATO, it subsumes it entirely. Europe needs to wake up, fast.

Level 1, easy, would be gating the initial connection, "attach ecash to access relay".
Level 2, "attach ecash to every nostr msg" requires gating every websocket msg
Level 3, "attach ecash only for posts" means gating only certain websocket msgs (ie not REQs).

Anybody can create their own ASmap by running Kartograf https://github.com/asmap/kartograf . It pulls cryptographically signed RPKI data to attest IP networks and the AS they belong to.
Core then uses that ASmap to bucket peers by AS, not just IP network.
Fat zap for whoever figures out the Knots AS-hive.

imo non. On peut avoir un impact sur la scene politique sans etre un parti ou etre candidat. Par exemple sur le nucleaire et l'énergie: si on force le débat, tt candidat devra avoir son opinion sur le minage en marge du nucléaire.
