Both Claude and GPT have Function integrations if I'm not mistaken. Originally I simply pasted in the results as they became available, and eventually loaded in the PDF that's available. I then coupled that with my Oura history and filled in details like quitting snus, having covid, etc.
The AI are awesome health, biohacking consultants. I think they did a better job than the human consultant that Function had look at my labs.
Also: 4 months or so into my custom plan, and I'm feeling great!
