Yeah - it seems like the perfect way to arbitrage Bitcoin's generous returns against fiat.
What amazes me is that there doesn't seem to be a huge appetite for these equities. STRC has mostly traded at a discount to the nominal value ($100). I would have thought an 11% pa return on a fiat investment was desirable.
It's also interesting to see that STRE (STREAM - which is the euro version of STRC) has just started trading. By my calcs it's offering a 11.7% pa perpetual dividend yield. My hope is that he'll be able to raise a decent amount of euro to sink into his Bitcoin treasury.
