Not the same office, but similar issue with websites being down, and get this, the office was only open between 1-4pm on Thursdays. It's state government office. They expect everything do be done on their app now. The hold music on the phone is just a voice telling poor people how to get a smarphone, how to get financial aid to pay for the phone service, and how to use their app. It's crazy.
