The maintainers of the board are auto-populated as a dropdown and you can just select one. Thanks to the contribution by @npub1emk…kj66 🙏

Github is able to support this because all their pages are rendered on server.
In kanbanstr, the app is fully client side and it runs on the browser.
We need to render it on the server to be able to achieve this. Right now all files are served from Github Pages. It is a free solution.
Even if I get a server to run the app in, some changes in code are also necessary to be able to do this

Thanks for sharing more details to debug. It looks like some situation with my NDK trying to send nutzaps.
I dont have much knowledge on nutzaps. Let me analyze and get back.
However this issue should not happen when sending zaps to anyone who does not have nutzaps configured. They must be able to receive zaps normally.

1. After looking at the review comments on the NIP, i changed the data structures of Kanban boards and cards. This new data format allows easy multi-user capabilities on #kanbanstr boards.
Have you already created a board and are wondering if you have to re-create them due to this data model change? Worry not!
Kanbanstr has a migration wizard that will be visible only to the creator of the board which has older format data. Others will see the board normally.

Once you click the migrate button, all your cards in the board will be migrated in a minute or so. Expect a lot of popups if you sign using browser extensions. (Cc: @nprofile…4kyy @nprofile…43nv )
2. Now you can add maintainers to the board you created by clicking on the 'Edit board' button.

1. You can now edit the description from the boards list view. On hover over description, a small pencil apprars, which when clicked makes the description editable. I agree it is not a good UX. I will make it editable inside the board view this week.
2. I am figuring out this stuff, some of the NIP comments also say similar things. Give me this weekend to figure it out.

I am still fixing the NWC payment. There seems to be some issue there.
WebLN seems to be working when zapping cards by @nprofile…43nv but not you somehow.
Still needs some work from my side to debug.
I have reached out to @nprofile…rnkd with some questions to understand the NDK Zapper internals.
This seems to be more complicated than I initially thought.

Zapping a card is now possible enabling #value4value
Imagine all the use cases:
1. Zap the card when someone finishes a work. Literally moving from paper/fiat invoices to Lightning invoices. Gig economy, yaay!
2. Influence a developer to prioritize a backlog item by zapping on the card.
3. Ask the users to zap the card, so that the incentive can go directly to the doer of the work.
4. Fundraise for a particular business initiative using Kanban card pitches
5. Anything else?
Now, there MAY be a few bugs, please report them as soon as you encounter them.
For now, support is for WebLn and NWC.
Let me know what you think!
My Next Task: Go through all the suggestions people have already left in the NIP, DMs and Github and start working on them.

Right now the authors of the cards can change. Not anyone else.
There is also a event delegation system already in nostr but I am yet to learn and implement it. This will allow you to specify who all can add cards to your board (like your team) and who all can edit those cards
