You're also knowledgeable enough to keep it from going completely AWOL, but I see people playing with this stuff who might not realize that the bot could be reading their emails and logging into their bank account and etc.
What if their bots use their Nostr signers? 🫣 Could then read encrypted events and send off posts with images from their hard drive or cloud albums.
They don't seem to realize that they might not actually be witnissing everything it does...

I'm watching everyone be amazed by this and it suddenly occured to me that you guys haven't been spending over 25 years working with headed and headless test automation, so a robot fiddling around on your computer seems like magic. And, yes, the AI has been writing the scripts for years.
The new thing is that there's a weird, running monologue, that sounds like someone from Stack Overflow, who's all coked-up.

One of the things I still need to fix is having the cover image show up in the Kindle app. At the moment, it's showing a generic cover or the first page, or something. That was working, before, but then I reprogrammed everything in Go, and it broke.
Golang was the right choice, tho. Anything else is too slow. This is already too slow. Need to speed it up, more. But I'm trying a Project Gutenberg mass-import first. Hope that doesn't crash the catalogue site. 😂
Probably have to do 1000 books at a time, or something.

It's worse. This is a kafka system running on kubernetes and there's no user interface except the CLI. Someone wrote some crappy kubectl bash scripts and I am only supposed to start the script and then make a ticket for each warning or error in the output.
They caught me using kubectl directly, and literally screamed at me. They were livid.
I was using Kibana's query language, too, and they were like, you are only allowed to use the script. Why do you never listen?

No, I always pretend like I'm confused and clueless, so that they don't get upset. And then they run to my boss and tell him how stupid I am.
I was like, Okay, I'll check again. I thought it wasn't there, but maybe I oversaw it. (It wasn't there.)
And they're like, If we tell you it is there, then you should just believe us. *Calls my boss to complain that she just. doesn't. listen.*
Okay, but I actually know it's not there. 🤷🏻‍♀️ And then, a few days later, I see the commit pushed, that puts it there. But I'm not supposed to notice because I am not supposed to know how to read a commit. But I can read the commit.
Felt like I was going insane and the whole time, they're like, OMG she is so _stupid_.
Gaslighting, but it's an entire development team.

Like, I was having trouble running a test locally, in docker, and I explained that I was having trouble with the network. I kept asking them to correct it and they yelled at me, that they can't fix the network and staged an intervention with the Project Manager and my boss, to discuss correcting my network. In the meeting, I realized the confusion and explained that I meant the _docker_ network, not the VPN or my WIFI in the house.
It didn't even occur to me, that the people working on the containers wouldn't know that they have a network.
That comment went down like a lead brick, as you can imagine.

I added the 30041s as standalones, so that you can take notes that don't end up in any feed, and so that you can edit individual events of a book. So long as the title stays the same, it'll publish with the same d-tag and overwrite that event.

Yes, it installs two plugins (mine and the one that handles Asciidoc markup) and then you just write Obsidian notes and press the button in the menu to publish.
It stores the events in your vault, so you can also republish from there, if there are problems writing to relays or you want to send the note to a relay that doesn't have it yet.
